RETURN POLICY

Due to federally regulated guidelines on Health and Beauty products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON. If your purchased products are deficient in any way, you must contact Free Spirit Beauty for the issue to be resolved. Returns will be granted on a case by case basis and will consist of full money back of purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. If item was purchased at a reduced sale price, then that reduced sale price will be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and no monies will be refunded.  Unopened products that do not meet the terms in which you made your purchase may be returned for money back, less shipping and handling charges with prior approval of Free Spirit Beauty. Refunds will be made as soon as products are received by Free Spirit Beauty and processed. You must include correspondence with Return Authorization #, given at time of complaint. Any unauthorized charge backs will result in a dispute being initiated between Free Spirit Beauty and your credit card company. This can be avoided by prompt communication with Free Spirit Beauty.
