After opening and use by customer, contaminants may be introduced to the minerals, therefore we do not accept exchanges of opened bare mineral makeup containers or used brushes. However, we will accept returns of unopened products with a full money back guarantee ( less s&h charges) on all of our products. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving an unacceptable or deficient product.As with all organic or nature made products, slight variations in color density and hue are to be expected from time to time.
