How do I pay for my order with a check or money order ?
We are happy to accept a personal check from your bank, only in the USA. You can fax your order to us, order from our website or phone it in. We will then send you an email invoice to include with your payment. All orders are held in our shop until the payment clears our bank. USPS or bank money orders are accepted as well.
How will I know if Free Spirit Beauty received my order ?
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email from Free Spirit Beauty with a summary of your order. If paying via pay pal, you will also receive a payment confirmation from the pay pal site.
How soon is my order shipped ?
Usually Free Spirit Beauty will ship your order no later than 4 business days after cleared payment is received. During busier times of the year, such as the Winter Holiday Season, your order may take more processing time. We use USPS Shipping for all of our orders and you will receive a shipment notification with tracking numbers for your convenience.
Do you accept returns ?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products ONLY. Opened and used mineral makeup products are not accepted , due to hygienic and safety reasons.Your return will be in the $ amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling . Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
